We all know how stressful building a home can be. After previously building three homes and encountering problems such as tradesmen not showing up, and not having access to the home to see the progress, builders not returning calls and the list goes on; we were very hesitant to potentially go through all that again to have our dream home. |

However, we heard about Kordovan Homes and were told that they were by far the best and most reputable builders in the area, so we took the plunge and decided to build hoping that we would not have to go through similar problems as we had previously. |

After our first meeting at out home with Ivan Bazdaric, Managing Director of Kordovan Homes, we knew that the experience would definitely be different this time around. |

After advising Ivan that we wished to proceed with building, we were invited to his home where we were greeted by himself and his lovely wife Elke. The experience was so genuine and personal that it made us feel comfortable and confident that these people actually cared about us as clients as well as “people” – we weren’t treated as “just another number”. |

Through the entire process of the construction of our home we had direct contact with Ivan and his staff. Ivan’s son in law Michael, who also works in the business, was a big part of our overall satisfaction with the outcome of our home. He honoured all of our little requests along the way and also gave us his personal opinion on the decision we were making which was a direct reflection of the experience the company has. |

On completion of our home, Elke came to our new house and greeted us with a beautiful hamper and card, personally congratulating us on our move to our dream home that we worked so hard for. |
